For domestic shipments, within Mainland UK, we endeavour to ship using 24 Hr. service,(Next Working Day.) Please allow a little longer for some areas of Scotland & Islands.
Our shipping charges are set out within our Order Delivery section above. The charges are calculated on, weight of products ordered, plus any packaging material weights and costs. International Customers: Shipping & Handling charges listed, are for UK destinations only. Because of international laws and customs regulations, we do invariably have to fill out export paperwork. Delivery Schedule
Stock items, we will normally send within 4 working days. International orders are generally received in less than 7 days. Due to stocking availability and also to keep our prices competitive, some items are not kept on stock by Trofish.co.uk. In such instances, we havearrangements with our suppliers to ship direct to you, our customer. Normal delivery, will be the same and items can be expected no later than 4 working days, for UK destinations.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

At Trofish.co.uk we guarantee your satisfaction. All items are supplied with a minimum 90 days replacement or money back guarantee. Most items listed come with a 12 month replacement guarantee. Cancellation Rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are given the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 7 days of placing the order.
